About Harrier Track Club


Harrier Track Club is an Olympic Development Program located in Seattle, Washington, and surrounding areas, providing services to Youth, Open, Elite, and Masters level athletes in Track & FieldCross CountryRoad RunningUltra Running, Mountain Running, Race Walking, and Paralympics.  

The club's original name, when began in 1975, was Ferndale Track Club. Over the years, the club has gone by Freedom Flower Road Runners and Pearson's Distance Project. HTC evolved when a need for an Olympic Development Program was recognized by the board members. HTC is owned by Pearsons Athletics.

The main goal for Harrier Track Club is the promotion of Track and Field, Cross Country, Road Running, Ultras, Mountain, Race Walking, and Paralympics, and to create and provide an avenue for all level runners (Youth, Open, Elite, and Masters) to reach their potential through training, competition and goal setting.

Harrier Track Club welcomes all individuals regardless of age, athletic preference, fitness level of athletic ability, to become a member of our family. There are no time standards to join. HTC is an athletics program created for athletes of all ages and levels. HTC is a program for the serious and non serious athlete. Whether you’re an athlete who wants to be an Olympian, wants to better personal records,or needs to get back into shape, or you're an athlete who has never competed before and would like to give it a go,  this program is for you.
